How do I upload images?

Hi Folks. Newbie to the forums, new-ish PRS owner (NOS 2017 CE 24 I don't see how to upload images. Am I missing where the feature is located? I see the Image button, but it just asks for a URL, and as a new user here, I'm not allowed URL posting. Thanks!

Just an FYI from the Imgur site. “Currently editing is only available using desktop and not on our apps or mobile web”. Took me awhile to figure this out when I was trying to post pictures stored only on my iPad.
