How do I source a replacement trem arm for an '08 Custom 22?

Getting nowhere here in New Zealand trying to order-up a replacement arm (guitar arrived without it or case candy). Main PRS dealer couldn't get one and suggested a parts supplier who said they 'might have something that'd fit'. Waste of time.

If you bought the guitar new from a dealer, then I would say they should find replacements for you for the trem arm and case candy. If it was used, you can go directly through PRS...
