Well.........I bet you could. But then.......it'd no longer be a standard.

You can have a standard 24 with a rosewood neck. Its an upcharge, but still a standard.

I can't be the only one pondering a build right now... Angelus with Brazilian back and sides, Adirondack top, and malachite birds and purfling to match one that's hopefully coming in a couple of months. This discussion of a Brazilian neck is really appealing. Does anyone have any real world experience?
