Ya thats the guy i talked with via email and said he wasn't into it but he never mentioned Chris. So did Chris do the recarve ? thanks for the info

I don’t do recarved necks. I guess Phil would do it for me because he’s my bud. Chris is only interested in finishing. I contacted them both, and they're both way backed up and not willing to take on the work right now.
