Honduran Rosewood "Custom Made for U.S.A. Only" ???

I played an awesome 408 with Honduran Rosewood board, Mahogany neck w/ Maple Top. The 10" Radius neck was just perfect!!! And, the 408 pickups are marvelous!

Question: Why does it say, "Custom Made for U.S.A. only" on the back of the headstock?

I know they do that for Brazilian... Not sure about Honduran, maybe someone here knows a little more about CITES requirements for the other Rosewood types...
