Hi all! Anyone heard of or have an issue with a high e string saddle that mysteriously cuts out? When this happens,I'll remove the Jack plate screws and start to pull it out and the saddle starts working again? Any help on this? I love my guitar but this happens from time to time and I end up not taking it out cause I can't trust it!

Going to order the New PRS se piezo this week! Maybe my new main guitar?

Any help on the postal problem? I had to post three times here, sorry.

There is a ribbon cable that connects the piezo bridge to the electronics, and it is just a friction connection as I recall. Maybe some contact cleaner, or possibly the contact traces on the cable are getting worn, and when you start to pull it out it scuffs the contact just enough to work again for a while. I would contact PRS customer service and see if they have more advice.
