Hollowbody II Owners, I need your help!

I have a PRS Hollowbody II Singlecut that I love, in fact it is quickly becoming my favorite gigging guitar. But I have run into a snag that I hope you can help me with. When I tried to change the 9 volt battery that powers the piezo pickup the little plastic door on the battery compartment would not open, after two hours I took it to my PRS dealer and their repairman finally got it open but then the plastic catch broke! At least now the new battery is in but the battery door isn't tight, it sticks out from the body and is loose. Has anyone else had this problem? Matt in the PRS service department is sending my dealer a new part which I appreciate but I just wanted to know if others had this problem also.

So... what, exactly, did you need our help with? Sounds like you're all squared away.

It sounds like the only help you need is to satisfy your curiousity.
I have had no such problem with either of my piezo.
