Wishing the entire PRS family a wonderful Christmas Holiday. Beverly and I were able to spend a little time with her family in NE Arkansas this year and we hope you had some great family time too!!
Where did you guys go... And did you travel with a guitar?

Luckily only went about 20 minutes away for Christmas. No guitar but great company though!

Our new tradition is to spend Christmas on a Caribbean Island. Departing the Bahamas in a few hours for a 14 hour (taxi, plane, layover, plane, car) return trip home. I did not travel with a guitar.

Merry Christmas JD! We drove a whopping 15 minutes from home to stay at a nice hotel downtown Indy for the past couple of days. Sort of a stay-cation with an awesome 15 minute trip home. :D

The holiday activities were held at my wife's sister's house. They lived on the same street as us until recently. They moved about 2 miles away so the trip wasn't very taxing. I didn't travel with a guitar, but I did miss them. :)

I travelled home and arrived 20 minutes into a nice storm that ended up leaving ice as thick as two inches in some spots, and lots of people without power. I clearly lucked out.

Houston last weekend for company Xmas party. South Louisiana Xmas Eve and Xmas. Maybe one more trip to east TX before NYE's...

Ready to be home by a fire!

And, no - did not travel with a guitar - car was full of Xmas packages!

We just drove 900 miles to get to my mother-in-law's house. we'll be here for six days, and I don't have any guitars (but I do know where I can get my hands on some).

That reminds me of a trip we went on last summer...only it was lightning, not ice. We got home after being gone for two weeks. Two hours later, lightning hit a tree. It grounded on the cable, which brought it into the house. From there, it bounced around different electrical systems (the garage door opener, the office, the kitchen) doing some damage.

Only about a 45 minute drive to mom's place so I did not travel with a guitar. Happy Holidays! :santa:
Did you take that guitar with you JD, or was it a gift?

No this one was not a gift... I did travel with it, a ME2 FBJ that I took on that trip. Has a great top, and sounds great and is very comfortable so I like to take it with me when I drive somewhere...
