I gigged my mahogany CE22 last night and I must say I'm pretty happy with it. I had my pickups set too high so the middle three positions didn't have the clarity and sparkle I wanted but I have them set lower so it worked much better last night.

The 5310s rock for sure and John Mann worked some magic on it a while back.

I'm trying really hard to resist the urge to ditch those winged tuners.

Over all, I'm pretty happy with my very small collection........for now.

I had the PTC do the reversible mod to the phase I tuners of my CE24 to make them into the phase II version without having to screw new holes (in addition to swapping out the nickel tuning buttons for the far lighter ebony ones,) and it's way better. The guitar is far more balanced as the headstock became significantly lighter with these changes.

You'll be more than excited to know that the word "happiness" is based on the early English word "hap" that means "luck."

So if you're happy, it means that you feel lucky, and in fact when you have what you like, you ARE lucky indeed!

Which is kind of a roundabout way of saying I like this thread. ;)
