hey everyone, just joined forum. very recently purchased 2 SE guitars. a 2008 se singlecut soapbar model with 2 p90's, one volume, one tone and 3 way switch, and a 2006 se custom 22. 2 humbuckers, one volume, one tone and 3 way switch. paid $299 Canadian for the soapbar and $450 Canadian for the custom 22. both seem awesome guitars and in really condition for their years. These are my first ventures into the prs lineup and I am very happy so far. they both feel and play like a dream. Does anyone have any recommended mods or upgrades they have carried out on these models or are they considered to be fine the way they are?

I've got a 2004 SE Soapy I bought that year. Honestly never had to mess with it whatsoever.
Just a string change and a clean up. This was the guitar that got me into PRS.
Plays as well today as it did then. Completely Stock. Unless you buy to mod it If it ain't broke don't fix it I reckon.
