Hey PRS...Where's your video on how to deal with the Floyd tremolo system?

Hey PRS,
Love your "Floyd" Custom 24.. The BEST! I would be grateful for a good, concise video and instruction on how to CHANGE STRINGS and deal with the "Floyd" tremolo system. Perhaps several good videos, if necessary. All I find on the internet are low-quality third party videos.

I've found the online support page to be very disappointing and why PRS is unable or unwilling to post the information you need and in my case, a HXDA Amp manual should be personally addressed by PRS management. But a willful decision is being made by management to do nothing since the site is not a 'revenue stream' and just a 'courtesy' to customers. In my opinion.

On the other hand they did manage, of course, to update the Price List for 2015(on 11/11/14), on the Support Website...
