I tried to do a search and couldn't find anything. Could anyone tell me if the four knobs on the guitar are two volume and two tone control knobs? Whenever I mess around with it it doesn't seem to really control anything. Whenever I have the guitar in bridge position, the volume control that I think it would be compared with a Les Paul doesn't effect volume too much. Where as the neck volume control seems to control it better. Sorry if this has been asked before and yes this is my first PRS guitar.

I think what you may be running into is the fact that they are set up differently than "G" guitars. The top two knobs are your volumes, neck vol in front, bridge at rear in deference to the location of the pickup associated with that knob. The corresponding tone for each pickup is the knob below and slightly to the rear of the vol.
Took me a while to be able to switch back and forth between my LP and 245 without twisting the wrong knobs on one or both but its seamless now. A much better arrangement too if you ask me.
