Help with '95 Custom 24

I'm hoping you knowledgeable people can help me out!

Looking at purchasing a one owner '95 Custom 24 (or that's what he thinks it is) and the peculiar thing is it has no maple cap...all mahogany with a vintage burst. Vintage neck pup and HFS bridge pup, with moon inlays on rosewood board. All stock, excellent condition with just a little tarnish on the trem and some of the tuning machines.

My question, is it a Custom 24 as the store tag (not PRS hang tag) from '95 says, or is it a Standard 24? Seems to me they didn't do the Customs with no maple caps, but the Standards came that way. I don't know much about pre 2000 PRS's so I'm hoping you guys can help.

It is a Standard 24, not a Custom 24.

Standard, and see if it has a bolt on neck. If it does, it's a CE.

I think I like the Standards a bit more, so it wouldn’t be a bad idea to work with them on price.
