Help on identifying this PRS Artist Custom 22

I am about to pull a trigger on this PRS. Can you guys verify if it looks legit? Its a PRS artist custom 22 Matteo Blue.

Seems legit. Has the gold hardware, the Paua inlays (can't see the headstock to know if it has the inlay there but I'm fairly sure it does. You can tell if it has the rosewood veneer and paua inlay'd signature. The year will be a 2007 and the serial number seems right. Go for it.

Its not exactly in mint condition. Some lacquer dots and a ding on the headstock. It has the brazilian board and headplate, Dragons II pups and PRS hardcase.
