Help needed identifying my PRS SE

I need some help identifying the date of mfg and other pertinent data on my PRS SE Singlecut.

The serial number is CE I00292.

What is the year of mfg?

Is it the 292nd one made of the guitar or the run? Or what do these numbers mean.

I think it may have been made in 2000, but I'm not sure how they do the serial numbers and sequences.

It is a very nice guitar that I got for 200US in mint condition; vintage sunburst flame, etc. I put Grover 406c mini locking tuners on it and it is almost always in tune, even after sitting for a couple weeks unplayed.

I don't believe the "CE" is part of the serial number. The "I" denotes 2008. Check out this page (near the bottom) for SE serial number info: http://www.prsguitars.com/csc/year.html
