Hey PRS lovers, so i bought this Paul Reed Smith guitar, three years ago( July 2011), in Boston's Guitar Center, the guitar had alot of scretches in it, i was kind of beat up. But, i fell in love with her anyways. I knew nothing about it when i bought her. Now i know she is from 1998. By the way, her name is Helena!
Sry about my english, i am not native.
Hey, how do i upload pictures?

The only thing i changed in the guitar was the pickup shield. Two of the tune lockers were missing when i bought it.

When you say "pickup shield" do you mean the pickup covers? A 1998 CE 22 would have had Dragon II pickups in it, which are covered. But those pickups are not covered.

I didn't change the pickups, but i changed the pickup cover (correcting it).

Thats the intriguing part of this guitar, i could not find any guiitar similar to it, not even the CE22's from 98. And about the pickups, i did not changed it, when i bought it, this pickup came with it, but i had some problems with the neck pickup.

Ah, you mean the pickup ring. So you changed the pickup rings that the pickups are mounted to.

This is the closer i found to my guitar:

Yes, look at those pickups. They have nickel-plated covers on them. I would have expected your guitar to have those as well, but it does not. I think someone either took the covers off, or they put in different pickups entirely. I'm curious what pickups you have. If they are original PRS pickups, they would have a sticker on the bottom identifying what they are.
