Help in guitar choice

I'm thinking of what guitar to buy and I'm in doubt between s2 Mira or s2 standard 24

what do you think? I like the sound of Mira. But I wanted a tremolo.difficult decision.

What kind of music do you play? The pickups on the CU24 will be hotter I think. If you're more rock/metal sort of thing, I'd go this route. If you're less aggressive type of player, then maybe the Mira.

Buy the S2 standard 24, listen to it, if it isn't good enough, buy the Mira pickups and swap pups!

I think that is what should be re-thought, there are members of this board who have traveled to other states just to get the feel of a guitar they were interested in. I'm not putting down online guitar purchases, especially if you've already played a certain model and know what you are going to get. You my friend do not, and I just think if you have the opportunity to take a trip to the nearest dealer it might be worth the travel.

I like to play a guitar before I buy it to make sure I connect with it, but that's just me.

If you absolutely cannot get somewhere to try one out, then I would actually recommend checking out the S2 Standard 22. It will be closer to the Starla in sound and feel than the 24 would and it will give you the Trem. Win-Win!

Of all my PRS I have only played ONE of them before purchase and have yet to be disappointed I have not played an S2 yet but I have heard good thing.
I might be more inclined to look for a good Core guitar used over an S2 for me.

In that case I would go S2 Standard 22. It would be closer in feel and tone to the Mira, but you still get the vibrato bridge.
