help id beautiful PRS

I purchased a beautiful PRS electric set neck guitar. I have a question about the serial #. It is on the back of the headstock and reads 9 48677 and 10 in the upper right corner. My question is on the 10. I am not sure what this # means I cant find any info. Any help would be appreciated. I cant find where to upload photos.

A 10 in the corner, separate from the serial number, indicates a 10-top - basically the highest quality top on the core models. To get a ‘better’ top (think looks, not sound) you’d have to go into the special runs category.

It means it’s a 10 top. Above the normal grade

I don't own one that spiffy .... But I think it attests as to why its so pretty ... "Ten Top" , or exceptionally cool figuring in the top.
