Help! I need an early winged tuner.

Hi guys,

I'm trying to do some maintenance on my collection, and I need an early bass-side winged tuner. The one with the Schaller "S" logo, NOT the PRS logo. Anyone know where I can find one?

Wish I could help you out, but I only have those weird Artist compression tuners. If you need any parts though, I might be able to help a brother out.
Whats wrong with it? Gear slipping?

Yeah. I've been doing some research. I think I can pop that retaining clip off of side, slip the worm gear out, and replace the shaft of a regular M6.

Does the shaft of a regular M6 have a groove for the E-clip to slide into?

Dunno. I'm just going to use the shell of the "S" M6. I'm putting the shaft and gears from a "PRS" backed wing tuner in there...Hopefully.

I don't have any of the S stamped tuners, but I am pretty sure I have a few spares of the others.
