Headbanging May Be Dangerous

I saw this article about the possible dangers of headbanging. I never really got the whole headbanging thing. It seems sort of silly to me. (Unless of course it's being done by Angus Young; then it makes perfect sense.) To each his own... I suppose if someone is going to give themselves a headache - or worse - then Motorhead is a good band to do it with.
