HBII Piezo; no sound from mix/mag jack

Good afternoon! Been playing PRS for 10+ years now, and love them. I recently traded for an HBII piezo (core), and am getting no sound from my mix/mag jack. The piezo jack works on the piezo and blend positions on the mini toggle. Have trouble shot my rig/cables, etc., and the issue is with the guitar. The previous owner said it worked fine when he shipped it out. Assuming he's telling the truth, it seems to me it would be something simple. But looking for advice before diving in, esp since no cavity in back and much more tedious. Thank so much for any help!

I’m sending it to PTC I think. I pulled the vol pot, and all the solder joints seemed fine. That’s all I’ve done…with no control cavity on back, too hard for me to get to all of the components. I’m assuming it’s the board, and the seller lied to me. Will know in a few weeks I guess.

Yah, that’s a bummer it’s not working, my HBSC II is light weight and versatile, probably my favorite guitar I’ve ever owned. Just a FYI, the PRS has a proprietary LR Baggs piezo system and the only way to get it is through PRS. If you’d like a copy of the operating instructions and the piezo installation instructions PM me and I’ll send you them. Take care and hope everything works out for you.
