Has anyone else tried replacing the Humbucker in the Fiore?

I’m swapping the Fiore-H bridge humbucker (est. 7.5–8.5 kΩ) in my PRS Fiore for a Bare Knuckle VHII (8.9–9.3 kΩ, Alnico V). The VHII’s higher output and asymmetrical coils should give me a hotter, more harmonically rich tone, but I’m curious about balancing it with the stock Fiore-S single coils (neck/middle). Any tips on pickup height adjustments or wiring tweaks to keep the 5-way switching cohesive? Also, has anyone measured the Fiore-H’s exact DC resistance to confirm its output?

Maybe you could consider the Railhammer pickups by Joe Naylor, too.

Personally I wouldn't start a workaround with measures, but only by listening.
In this regard you already have two adjusted pups, the SCs, then you just find the proper height for the humbucker. When the volume is too loud, screw it in, when it's too low, screw it out.

I bought last year a EBMM Kaizen 7, and there was too much volume difference between bass and treble. I let the bass pickup a little bit out of its cavity and then both pups were in balance.
