Well, guitar fans, it's about that time again. Some of the gang is already in Anaheim and there is a herd of us flying in before lunch.

I usually focus on PRS pictures and share interesting (to me) side notes but I'm going to do something a little different this year. There are a lot of people who ask what it's like to go to a NAMM show so I am going to paint with a larger brush. This is still a PRS-centric blog but I'll also show the badging process, the lines, snap some photos of the large halls filled with vendors, and highlight some of the beer/food vendors.

The PRS porn will begin in about 4 hours. Looks like there are other groups from the forum going to NAMM so there should be lots to see across several threads. Until then, grab a cup of coffee, argue with someone about deflated footballs, and prepare yourself for the mayhem that is the 2015 Winter NAMM show!

Gotta turn off the phone. Time to fly!

Landed and grabbed the truck. Lots of guitar cases in the airport.

Just got the text from Markie and 11top. Picking up the Indiana boys (on an Indiana night) at baggage claim in just a few minutes.

Also, it's funny, I could ride my bike to an In'N'Out burger from my house, yet I never seem to go.

Off topic, but they opened an In and Out burger here in DFW (Rockwall TX) last year (or so). The first few weeks police were directing traffic into and out of it... staff were walking through the line of cars taking and delivering orders. I waited for the buzz to die down and then my wife and I tried it out. I do not, for the life of me, see what all the buzz is about. It's just another burger...
