During the course of the past year, I've personally collected several Waves plug-ins, as well as upgrading from GarageBand to Logic Pro X and then, 10.6.

I've not used Logic Pro as of yet, for sheer ineptness and nor knowing how to work with the product. YouTube has several reliable and well-taught videos regards Logic Pro, buy I've yet to dip my toes in and get my feet wet.

Now, Native Instruments has made it easier to work with various DAWs, creating Guitar Rig 6 Pro, which has a much easier to read UI, and seems much more straight-forward to work with. This I like.

Other products such as Waves plug-ins have a much wider learning curve; one specific reason why I've not begun my journey with Logic Pro yet.

Have any of you made a conscious decision to invest in GRP6 and use it as your recording plug-in for your guitar or bass tracks? For those who have, what has your experience been with GRP6?
