Great 20th ann 10 top trem

Hello to all. I have a question for the more learned then i.
I have a 2006 20th ann 10 top singlecut ttem with all her papers to prove...also..years ago i had her back plate sent to the greatest name in guitars to sign for me. M.r Smith..my name is on it next to his..due to temporary mis fortunes i feel that i might have to sale this beauty beast..ive seen some close to mine going on reverbs and ebay going for 3300 usd..will you guys say that this is a fair asking price..no nicks no body damages no fret wear at all..shes beyond clean..thanks for any advice

I’d say that’s a bit high. I’ve seen SCT’s go anywhere from $1500-2000.

The used market sucks for sellers of PRS these past few years.

Thanks sergio..yes it has..a lot of attempts but not many buyers heck even i bought mine at 1800 cdn...trouble is once my reason for selling is over and im back on track then ill fe the guilt for selling..so im really looking for as much as i can..so between 1500 to 2000 im thinking usd?..so about 2400 cdn..thanks yes thsts a nice price
