Got a line on a 2006 Singlecut

It's at a very reputable dealer here in the LA area and they are open to my offer. Just need to schedule a time to go up and test drive it to make sure it is right. Looks absolutely amazing in the photos.

So my question: is there anything that I need to be aware of or specifically check out before buying? I have not owned a Singlecut before, so I don't have a ton of experience with them. Thanks!
