Got a Hollow feeling last night (NGD)

After taking advice here and watching every video on line I could, I took the plunge and bought a PRS Hollowbody II, without ever even picking one up, (when you live in some countries you don't really have much choice) anyway it arrived last night and I couldn't be happier, here are a few snaps.

Very nice! And with the piezo, too, of course. I love my spruce-top McCarty HB, and one of these days I will pair it up with a HBII, with quilty goodness. Not sure whether I'll go SC or DC. My SE ZM on order may help answer that...

Lovely color, too. PRS is one of those companies that seems to produce a fantastic array of lustful colors, bursts, fades, and blends.

Great looking guitar Steve. Hey, it is not neccessarily that much better over here in the states, depending on where you live and trying to find a hollowbody. I never seen one Hollowbody 12 string ever since they began making them. I ordered sight unseen and could not have been happier. I too will order a HBII the same way, sight unseen. Have never seen one in person. I know I am going to like it though. Congratulations on your faith being rewarded. PRS makes great stuff, but I will make the case that their Hollowbodies are the best in the business!

FWIW HB12s are rare birds anyway - they are only made to order. Whereas PRS keeps a line going with most other models and will have guitars "in stock" for dealers/distributors to select from, it takes a specific dealer order to get an HB12 going. So either a dealer takes a punt and orders one for stock or someone special orders one.
