Just google the barcode from the pictures or search "Fender Gold Saddle Intonation Springs." if not, try Stewmac or Allparts
Selling my Artist V was a pretty dumb thing to do. What a great guitar!
I have no info on the screws, except to say that if you have a good relationship with a dealer, they can sometimes get parts like that from PRS.

This. Even though they're not shown, the kit comes with six gold springs in addition to the standard silver springs.
