I would like to buy a gig bag the same quality as the PRS SE ones, but for bass. Anyone know who supplies PRS with their gig bags, or could recommend a bag of similar quality?

Get an SE Kingfisher/Kestrel bass gig bag.
A dealer may be able to get you one.
It is brown in color, and the same quality as the 6 string SE bags.

The mono cases are great, and about as good as you can get without going with a hard case. With the neck bracing, your tuners don't really get moved around since the guitar is fairly stationary.

Yesterday I got my daughter a Cross Rock gig bag ,made by yorkville up here in Canada . I'm pleasantly surprised at the thickness of the foam, guitar placement and how many pockets it has . It was around $200 cdn which wasn't bad ( a hard shell would be $75) . She prefers a gig bag over anything else ....

I've had numerous Levy Bass bags , and have yet to have an issue with them...however, lately, they made a change I am not fond of...They now take the zipper (opening) all the way around the bottom of the bag. On my older ones , the zipper stopped short of the bottom. So if zipper fails, bass could slip out. (I know, VERY unlikely,) but I liked the older models better.

I have an inexpensive worldtour bass gig bag that I bought for carrying my old Yamaha BB3000 to local jams (I have a hardshell for it). It was very inexpensive (like $30) has decent padding and lots of storage. I wouldn't trust it for a world tour - despite the name, but if I have to carry an instrument in any potentially rugged situation I use a hardshell case.

This came in yesterday and it's the real deal. Easily as good as the PRS bags in terms of quality, and the added neck support and semi-rigid sides add a notch above in functionality. I already have 7 bags and cases for five guitars, otherwise I'd probably order one for myself (this one is a gift for my wife to replace one of her older bass cases that's in bad shape).
