I just picked up a Friedman Little Sister Combo, best 1x12 combo I have ever owned.
It just sounds huge, even at TV volumes.

I have owned high end Marshalls, Buddas, and many other high end amps, but most did not do low volume well.
The Friedman has an excellent master volume that lends itself to lower volume playing that my dog and I enjoy.

Here is a video of my PRS Custom 24 through the Little Sister, I think I have a Boss DD8 in the loop, but no other pedals in this video.
The amp loves to be boosted with a TS808 clone, but I did not have one at the time.

I played a DS combo in a store recently and thought it was a great amp. I liked it more than the BE amps I played in the past. I owned a Naked at one time which crushed souls at head splitting volume. It ruined what I felt was a decent master because I could never get that sound at a manageable volume. I think Dave’s improved things on that front in more recent years.

The Little Sister has an excellent master volume.
My ears can't take loud volumes very often, at 61 years old they are scarred.
The only thing I do enjoy is with a little more volume achieving musical feedback is a plus, but I can do without it.

Thanks, I am actually going to do some vids with my Ibanez, people are saying it can only be used for metal, I am going to try some Blues and Country with my pointy guitar.

I think any guitar can do anything within reason.

Thanks!
You really can't set this amp up wrong.
I just had bass and mids at 6, treble at 5, gain at almost 8. Then you have 3 gain structures built in to the amp.
With my two Custom Shop Gibsons that have really great volume and tone pots I just roll off the volume or treble on the guitar to get cleans or less ice picky.
