As they say...timing is everything. It just so happened that this one was at my local shop on release day, and I fell madly in love. I actually went in there to try out a new CE24 Satin. Suffice it to say, the Satin is still at the store!

The scale length is perfect. The 2 piece bridge is awesome. The pattern vintage neck feels awesome...and Fire Red Burst is one of my favorite colors.

The fact that it's a 10-top is just icing on this particularly tasty cake.

Mmmmmmm......cake.

Today, sirs and ma'ams, is a RED letter day.

Not only is it Friday.

Not only did I get a 3-day weekend.

Not only is it sunny and 67 degrees outside...

...but it's also a very happy New Chunk of Lumber Day!!!!!

The picture with the axe lying in the case looks like a "firethorn", in color. This is a beautiful contrast with the smoke burst. I can't wait to see my Mccarty 594 SC Faded Royal Blue Smoke Burst November Guitar of the Month PS..
