What? I get a title?

I occasionally encounter an issue where I try to edit a post, and the edit window comes up with nothing of my original post - it is completely blank.
It doesn't happen all the time - I edited a post earlier today and everything was fine, but I went to go make another tweak (using the same PC), and I got the blank post. I hit Cancel and everything was OK with my original post, with no changes. But if I try again, I get a blank post to edit. If I try Advanced Edit, it is still blank. I suspect if I try again later today, it will be OK, and my whole post will appear.
I think this only happens on my work PC, so it could be some Corporate firewall random weirdness.
Anyone have any ideas what it might be? Some security setting on my PC? Random buggy forum software?
