On my forum each year the members submit pics to a thread, and when the thread lock date comes around, a staff member would add a poll to the thread and reopen it back up.
Members would then vote on the best pics, and staff would take those pics and make a cover and one pic for each month.
Also if there are quite a few faves, a collage could be made up of four or so to be for one month or several.

It is free to make it, and only Shutterfly I believe gets the $$$ from it, and no one else.

Does that sound like a cool idea to do here of members guitars?

I want to add it is pretty easy to do this.
Would not even have to be staff who creates it.
Whoever makes it may have to touch up a few pics as in lightening them up, then create the calendar.
Members would create a free Shutterfly account, then order directly from Shutterfly.
Very simple.

If this gets approved, we should not wait too long so as to allow time for submissions, and the voting process.

Just realized the URL to the calendar we did last year will not open on a mobile device.
It worked earlier on my work PC.
On a mobile it takes you to their home page.

For kicks I am going to make one for myself this coming weekend of my own pics to see how easy it is to do.

Will there be any legality issues if the word PRS Forums is on the cover?
Someone with good photo software would have to add text to each picture with the members name, etc.
I think this would be cool if we can do this.
I would order a couple, one for home above my PC, and one for work by my PC there.

I really like this idea! I'm in, if I can get a decent picture. Unfortunately, many of mine turn out too similar to Sergio's. (By that, I mean that my subject always seems to move......!)
