“We” are making lasagna right now! I say “we” because while I do all the prep work and make the sauce, my wife assembles it and tells me when it’s ready to be put in, covered, uncovered, and pulled out.

So we’re basically cos-playing restaurant and she gets to be the head chef. I wanted to play the sexy receptionist... but she said no.

Heh! My wife and I had one of our 3 1/2-hour cooking sprees today and that is kinda what we do. She preps the stuff and chucks it at me and I do the stovetop cooking. It took us 20 years to figure out to do it that way, but it works really well for us.

I took the bridge tonight for spaghetti evening. It’s still Mrs. B’s recipe but I was multi-tasking like a mofo. She was wrapping up the laundry before we close down for the evening. We’re both fighting off this vacation hangover and tomorrow is ‘back to work’ day.
