Floyd rose Locking top nut issue

I have heard that if you fit a Floyd Rose to a Prs Se ,that the top locking nut will have to be positioned into the 1st fret by about 3mm , will this affect the intonation ? If so what is the solution ?
Does anyone know for sure?

You'd have to make a shelf for it to sit on. Basically just a wedge to give enough flat surface for the nut to sit on.

You can't move the nut forward. That will change the scale length and ruin the intonation.
