floyd rose action lower on 1st string

my floyd rose bridge's action on the 1st string side is lower than the 6th bass string side in my prs se custom 24 floyd, so is it okay if height on both side is different ? my question is that should the height be same on both side

The string heights are adjustable so you can change it or have someone setup your guitar to include string heights all across the board. Did you buy it new? Or from a shop? Take it back and ask them your question, they can take care of it.

It's normal to be different. I have 1.25mm on the first string and 1.5 on the 6th string

The bridge itself should be level, otherwise you will wear out the edge knives. Something to look into The height of the individual string saddles can be corrected with shims.

Floyd saddles need shims to correct string height. Does it play poorly?

Lower strings need more room to vibrate. It’s normal to have lower action on the high strings.
