Flame maple veneer SE Standard 24?

Hi guys,

I was browsing ebay for a nice Standard 24 and found this. Is it possible to have a veneer Standard 24 because for all I know, Standard is a solid mahogany with no maple cap or veneer. The serial is IE 00306 so possible produced in 2018. The price for this guitar is about $550 and is from China. If there is a market that this guitar is exclusive, I'll try my luck.

To my knowledge the standard is, by definition, only mahogany. That is most likely just a misplaced truss rod cover. But I could be wrong.

If I recall correctly, China has/had its own manufacturer and line for their market. This is probably one of those.
