First PRS

I got my first PRS yesterday it is a 2008 Mira in vintage mahogany. I absolutely LOVE the guitar! The fit and feel of it is great but I'm less impressed with the pickups. I have seen videos of the Mira with the Starla pickups and think as soon as some cash frees up, I'm going to swap the stock Miras out for the Starlas. Anyone else do this or have any experience with a Mira with Starla pickups?

I had one just like it in vintage orange. I did like the pickups, though.

Nice entry piece! I tried starla pickups in mine and found them to be "sterile" when compared to the mira pickups. Maybe it's a function of the korina

Love me some Mira goodness!! Like LSchefman, I do like the pickups. I had a different Mira where I didn't like the neck pickup, but this one kick ass. Both times, the bridge pickup has been great. Also, your choice of Starla pickups, in addition to sounding great, will also look kickass. Mine have covers. I should have cleaned it before I took this photo.
