First post and NGD!

Hi all! I’ve been lurking for awhile. I wanted to wait to post until my newest family member got here. She showed up today. She’s an Amethyst Smokewrap Burst 35th Anniversary CU24. I need two more posts before I can include pics, but she’s a beaut! Presuming I can add pictures on my 4th post, I’ll do that. I’ve not seen another 35th Ann CU24 in amethyst. Until she showed up today, I’d never played a core CU24 (I have an SE CU24 Floyd). To say I’m blown away would be a gross understatement. Just crushes my LP and the SE. In fact, the only guitar I’ve ever played that caused a reaction like that was a buddy’s ‘79 (I think) LP 30 years ago. Anyhow, happy to be part of the family!

Welcome and congrats! The CU24 was an eye/ear opening experience for many of us, me included. I can't wait for the pictures, keep trying and you'll get them to show. I know you're gonna love it long time!

Thanks so much. I sort of stumbled on her. I had almost pulled the trigger on one in fire red burst, but decided to look just a little more. They’re all gorgeous instruments. PRS just gets it right. My eyes have popped out of my head repeatedly as I’ve browsed the pictures of all the different models.
