Fiore' ... or Music Man Luke?

i owned both. I had a luke 3 BFR HSS and i still have a fiore.

the Luke was heavy but sounded great. the preamp makes every position equal volume and the onboard boost is super cool. Im a pretty tall guy and a luke body feels like 80% the size of a strat, so it looked really tiny on me. Plus the neck felt tiny. Basically always felt like andre the giant with it.

the fiore is...just too good. Its every bit of a strat but more and has better tones to me. I wore out the frets on mine and went for a stainless refret. Fiore neck is very much fender C feeling. The Luke neck is a soft narrow V.
I’m a big Fiore fan because of its tones and the perfect C neck. The M Man necks are to narrow and to small for my small hands:eek::oops:

Dive Bombs? Regarding the vibrato system I then recommend a replacement - likewise PRS Artist Simon McBride did on his (PS?) semi-hollow singlecut 408 - to a VegaTrem.

There's no woodwork needed, but it operates either for wide down- and uproutings.

I do have a lot of different vibrato systems on my guitars - Bigsby, Duesenberg, PRS Core, PRS SE, Parker/Fishman, Fishman VS-50P, Tremoline FT36, Ernie Ball Kaizen Multiscale, VegaTrem - and the VegaTrem is smooth operating.

yes you can dive it. It is a knife edge. It just looks like a vintage style plate.

My guy at GC told me that if I ever want anything they have new or used online, to tell him and let him know get it shipped there. That way, I can try it out before I buy it. That’s how I bought my NF3 and one of my Mesa Boogie amps (TA30)

Alright!! Thanks for both of these replies! I'm now confidant enough to buy one sight-unplayed...

It's a pity, that VegaTrem is lacking of proper manuals with measures and so on.
I dropped a message to VegaTrem asking for the spacing.

In forehand a hasty shot:

I assume, the measures don't differ for the outer screw holes - which is confirmed by this posting "I asked the manufacturer and they told me that the distance between holes in the two models of vegatrem (for 4 screws and for 2 point) are the same, and therefore fulcrum from 2 point vegatrem purely physically fit to replace the six-bolt bridge." Update for @DougGuitar: Although in central Europe close of business is the common principle around 930 pm, I got a response by VegaTrem. On the one hand side the sketch, I already linked in this post, on the other hand side the confirmation, that the outer screw holes are in the similar distance of both mounting options.
