Finally joining the Santana club!

As the DGT has coil taps it is a bit more versatile in tone . Both have great necks . The Santana's body is the most comfortable. it "sings better"
I have a PS Semi Santana with a rosewood neck , it is the holy grail in every way . It was made for the head of PRS HR .

what color is that. that might be one of the best tops on a Brazilian limited I've seen.

Raspberry? I had a McCarty from that run in that color. The Santana is a strangely ergonomic guitar on a strap. I never would have guessed that from pictures. I'll draw the line at saying all other guitars are trash, but it is a cool model to have. Mine gets played through a Mesa King Snake which is a Santana signature amp. Never played a Santana song though.

Thanks!
Beth at PRS says the colour is "Purple."

Played at a couple gigs this past weekend. It was better than I had hoped.
how do you like the pickups. that's the one thing I never found perfect with mine so I changed them twice. then I sold the originals. still looking for a set of originals to keep in the case but I finally found the right combo when I went with the sle101+

I'm okay with the pickups, but I expect you're more particular about that than I am. The only guitar I've changed pickups in, is a Relish Mary Limited.
