What is it? Mine is Adam Jones' rhythm tone on the 10,000 Days album.

I think "Nothing to Nobody" by Robben Ford pretty much nails what I go for, both lead- and rhythm-wise

Black Stone Cherry - all the lead tones Chris Robertson gets are amazing to my ears.

Larry Carlton, check out the Crusaders Spiral.

Dude!!! One of my all time fav guitar solos, (not sure if he did that on his ES335) I have loved it since the 70's.

Now I'm a big fan of Al Dimeola & Santana but I think Eric Johnson's tone is incredible, almost horn-like. He's not a PRS artist & I don't like strats, but I wouldn't mind having a tone similar to his. When I play my 408 in the neck PU I come close but no cigar, though I'm cool with that.

Oh Adam Jones tone is very good. My old band used to play "the Pot". I love that song but our singer had terrible timing so we had to do the intro vocals with the bass guitar playing and I had to have a special practice with him to get it down.

Actually, his latest main acoustic guitar is a PRS Angelus. So there's that.

Because the work I do varies so much from project to project, I'm not sure I actually have a style!

At this point, I'm not sure it matters, but I'd sure like to have one. ;)
