extreme bias difference with 2-channel H top

Unfortunately, I have more problems with my 2-channel H amps. I have two, a combo and a top. In addition to my loop problem with the combo I have a new problem with the top version. With that amp I have an extreme difference in bias readings between the two power tubes. When I got the top some weeks ago, it sounded not as good as the combo version. I checked the bias and one tube measured over 60mA and the other about 25mA. I thought one of the tubes were faulty, so I replaced them and biased them at about 35mA each. Today, I was not happy with its tone again and the OD channel had a noticable lack of power compared to the clean channel. Checked the bias again and one tube measured 35mA and the other 0mA (yes, zero).
I really seem to have bad luck with these amps. I will probably be able to fix the loop problem with the combo. But the bias problem with the top seems more serious. Both amps were new.

Why not send them back to PRS to be checked out and repaired, instead of trying to guess the problem yourself?

PRS amps are under warranty for 5 years. The only things not covered are the tubes and speakers. I don't understand, why aren't you taking advantage of that warranty?

If you don't make that happen, I really have to scratch my head, and say, that's on you.

It's not like they're cheap throwaway junk, PRS will fix them! Free!

I live in Europe and the 5-year warranty is only valid in the US. Anyway, I talked to the seller. I can return the amp and they will fix the problem.

Ohhh, that explains it. Well, that's great that the seller will take care of it.
