Worth noting that the description for it (and the exotic run in the UK) is a little misleading - there is a rosewood veneer but it's on a maple top, rather than being a fully-rosewood top. Still looks cool though!

The Sweetwater rosewood top is different from the Europe exotics. The Europe models do have the maple top with a veneer, but the Sweetwater version is a veneer on top of a solid mahogany body, no maple.

Yeah, I'm just not a CU24 guy. I'm really only into the look. The veneer is fine by me.

As far as a SC594, I spec'd one out. Need to see the price. I passed on one that was the bomb in terms of wood library.

A 24.5" scale semi hollow SE would be useful for me though.
