I went the whole hog - on the Crazyparts website, I found Strat knobs, 5/3 way lever switch tips and a trem arm tip (all in mahogany) for my 513 - I think it works:

Damn... now I guess I need to make the tip of my trem arm converted to Ivoroid too.
