Early Goldtop CE

I saw that one too. Not to change the subject too far, but I love the PRS goldtop, but I notice those older ones are not the same color gold as newer ones. Could this be fading or does anyone know if they changed techniques?

They were different colors, the old ones.

Yup, their goldtops used to be more of a Shoreline Gold, not the more typical Gibson style yellowy gold. That changed with the DGT model first, and then eventually they switched them all to the more traditional goldtop color.
 
Grain in the neck looks superb, you could use that as a weapon
