And we are fiercely protective of the open, polite and respectful culture we work hard to maintain. Many of us are friends in the real world, which helps. Generally there are only two types of people who don’t do well here: (1) trolls and (2) people too slow to understand its not what you say, its how you say it.

That was before he found out that Uncle Paul was watching. (And, these other "important people" that Shawn mentioned but who remain unidentified. I think we're all a bit nervous over this. I haven't called anyones mother a hamster since I found out about it).
