Do you see anything wrong with this ‘17 CU24?

Not saying that there is, everything looks good to me in fact but I haven’t handled nearly as many PRS as some of you have.

The photos are terrible (not mine) and the seller is not much helpful, he bought it from a friend and basically never played it.

It’s obviously a dealer custom order of sort, I think the idea was to replicate earlier PRS with the red headstock and back, but with modern specs.

The PRS customer service confirmed all the listed specs.

I’m probably being overly cautious but you never know…

I agree tho prs confirmed it indeed is. Maybe it’s just especially lightweight or the dealer spec’d the color or something else more than the wood itself.

Tbh it’s also priced as a regular Cu24

Yep I noticed as soon as I grabbed it, bud didn’t notice from the photos. Good eyes!

Unfortunately the original buttons are not included nor is the rest of the schaller straplocks, but I decided to let it slide.

Yeah that's a cool use of Wood Library. They specced the cosmetics like a late 90's / early 00's Custom. Black Cherry finish; gold logo on headstock, no veneer; 10-top, but all nickel hardware.

Yes that’s what I plan to do. I like the stock buttons just fine and I feel no need for straplocks on my prs.
