Do Paul's Guitar's Tuner Buttons are replaceable?

My Paul's Guitar has Hybrid Phase III Locking Tuners, like this:

I wonder if the Tuner Buttons are replaceable? I really like the Faux-Bone Tuner Buttons:

Yes. Remove the center screw in the side of the tuner button. The tighter the screw the more tension when turning the button.

The bone knobs are hot!
