Do most People float their silver sky trems

I haven’t but I’ve thought about it. I don’t mind the “down only” function as is, but that knock as the bridge comes back to the body is disconcerting. Truth is that I don’t use the trem a lot, so it’s not a big deal either way for me.

I set mine to float (or had my luthier do it, actually)... I gave it a couple months after I bought it to see if I could adjust to the decked version, but I just prefer floating trems on my trem guitars.
